Nitti began his career in education as a high school social studies teacher. Nitti also served as the assistant superintendent of schools there from 2005-2009.Īnd before joining Ewing Township, Nitti served as director of human resources for the Jackson Township Public Schools system, also in New Jersey, where he was responsible for all personnel functions. Prior to his appointment as Bristol Township's top education official, Nitti served as superintendent of the Ewing Township Public Schools system in Mercer County, a position he's held since 2009.
